Bondurant garages are newer and usually simple to empty
Bondurant’s newer houses have garages that have not yet collected twenty years of oil, which makes prep more predictable. They still get I-80 salt. A flake broadcast is there for the brine and the mud, not for a design statement.
If the space is an unheated extra bay used as a workshop, say so. Cure temperature and chemical resistance both change the spec, and a pretty residential flake may be the wrong product.
