Waukee floors are new, wide, and about to meet their first serious winter
Waukee garages are often three bays on a young slab, with clay soil under the neighborhood and a sump that works harder in a wet spring. We want to know if water has ever stood in the garage. A coating will not fix a drainage problem that belongs to the grade outside.
Once the slab is ready, flake is the usual spec because these households park daily and track meltwater. Metallic is the exception, for a finished lower level rather than the stall that holds the snowblower.
