Clive floors are established garages, not new subdivisions
Clive is largely built. The garage is often a two-car from the 1980s or 1990s with a coat of paint that peeled under hot tires years ago. We grind that failure off. Painting over it again is how the same peel comes back.
Basements here are common and often already used as living space with a bare or painted floor. A moisture reading comes before a color conversation. The Greenbelt humidity in late spring is not theoretical.
